Decideware offers a suite of business applications which are accessed via the Internet.

Essentially, we take existing paper-based business processes and make them faster, more efficient, powerful and easier for larger organizations to use by putting them on the web.

The applications help collect, process and report information in core business activities where information needs to be used in decision making, business performance management and benchmarking.

We’ve built applications in areas such as recruitment selection, 360° HR reviews, tender selection, supplier management, and corporate governance, by way of example.

The Application Suite

The applications best suit mid-to-large sized companies and government agencies, and can be grouped into 4 main areas:

The application suite, includes:

	Tender Evaluator - now utilized by one of Australia’s largest retail groups to help manage their tender processes
	Service Level Manager - a tool to help manage the performance of multiple suppliers
	Relationship Optimizer - typically applied to high value client / supplier relationships in advertising, IT, construction, banking, etc to help both parties better understand and manage their business relationship
	Chooseware - Chooseware is applied in an e-tail environment to help consumers understand which products suit them best. More than 250,000 consumers have utilized a Chooseware application on a client site to define their needs and receive a product recommendation.
	Our 360° Review Feedback HR tool has been applied in three professional services firms at the manager, national executive, and global executive levels
	A Corporate Governance tool - we developed the software that underpins the CompassWeb corporate governance tool, developed by the Australian Stock Exchange, Chartered Secretaries Australia and Ernst & Young (Australia)
	The Business Diagnostic & Development tool - applied to help businesses managers better understand how all their stakeholders view that business and the business relationship
